Richard Campbell, CFP®
Rick Campbell’s career with Equitable Advisors began immediately following his graduation from St. Bonaventure University in 2002. As a Retirement Benefits Specialist for Tax Sheltered Plans, his practice focuses primarily on assisting individuals and small businesses with a wide variety of retirement and insurance needs. Furthermore, he holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation, which enables him to create and implement customized financial plans. Rick has extensive experience working with a variety of professionals from all walks of life, but his specialty lies in working with public sector employees. He is highly knowledgeable in this field and has successfully served more than half of his current clients in this sector. As a result, he is uniquely positioned to provide tailored services to those looking for solutions in this area.
Rick grew up in Hamburg, New York where he and his wife, Christina, currently reside. Christina is a teacher at Springville Elementary School and they have three children—Tyler, Connor, and Claire. Rick’s hobbies include playing and watching sports, reading, and working on his yard at home. He loves baseball and has been involved as a coach for the Hamburg Junior Baseball Softball League since 2016. In addition, Rick is currently the Chairperson for the Hamburg Finance Academy Advisory Board, Inc., which is a volunteer organization that promotes financial literacy to high school students. In 2012, he was honored and humbled to be recognized as a 40 Under Forty Award recipient by Buffalo Business First.
